Traxxas Motors are great if you nurture them right!

The timing needs to be changed "glow plugs" heat range, and fuel to idle and run and cool the Engine properly!

Traxxas fuel does not work for me!

Traxxas Plugs Bite!

My Traxxas Nitro Engine 2.5 is 7 gallons of Fuel Old

Still runs fine!

I pre condition the motor  with Dura Lube

Then use Dura Lube spray as a after run oil!

Pro Long or Dura Lube

This is a must to learn, or set all fore wheels toe-in to 1 degree

and leave the other Factory stock settings alone!

My Preference for Glow Plug's

Mc Coy #59 - spring and fall

Mc Coy #9 - summer

Fox 41602 - cool weather and down to 40, do not run below this temp.

OS-8 or OS-a3 short plugs will work fine

My Preference for 20% Nitro Fuel 14% oil content

WildCat Qwikfire - Eliminator

Byron

O'Donnell

Do not be fooled with oil content!

Buy the best quality fuel and add Caster oil if needed for break-in

or percentage increases for timing and lubrication
